What would a Singaporean do after seeing a sign like this??

Beer Battered Onion Rings - with macho sauce to dip.
Spinach & Artichoke Dip - served with pita bread and nacho chips.
Warehouse Steamed Mussels - a seasonal special of fresh mussels tossed in the Chef's sauce of the week.

Union Street Noodle Salad - marinated chicken, chow mein noodles, suey choi, green onion, pea shoots, avocado, toasted sesame, almonds, cucumber with sweet soy ginger dressing.
Braised Beef Spaghetti - fresh herbs, hint of cream and slow cooked braised beef.
Warehouse Crispy Mac N' Cheese - creamy 3 cheese, roasted red pepper alfredo sauce, crunchy corn flake, fresh thyme and parmesan crust.
Smokey BBQ Burger - premium alberta beef, smokey bbq sauce, jalapeños, cheddar, macho sauce, lettuce and tomato on a toasted brioche bun (served with supposedly yam fries that tasted like sweet potatoes).
Mushroom Swiss Burger - premium alberta beef, sautéed mushrooms, gravy, macho sauce, swiss cheese, shredded lettuce and tomato on a toasted brioche bun.
Yam fries (that tasted like sweet potatoes).

Fried Apple Pie - sugared okanagan apples, cinnamon sugar with vanilla ice cream.
ORDER LIKE CRAZY!!!
Food at the Whistler Brewing Company was surprisingly good. I say surprisingly because we were at a tourist attraction. Any restaurant/pub/bar/cafe that sells food at this price at a tourist attraction like Whistler must be not very good. But what do you know, the food was amazing. My favourites include the Union Street Noodle Salad (so good that I ate it 3 days in a row), the Smokey BBQ Burger and the Fried Apple Pie (so delicious but sooooo sinful). Okay, I'm going to end abruptly here cause I had originally intended for this to just be a photo entry :)
XOXO, T.
